This week's tip is all about the follow up.You can have the best Facebook ads running, but they will mean nothing unless you follow up the leads that you receive.

You need to follow up these leads within 24 hours or less, whether it's a business day or not because people forget.

So as soon as you receive that lead, the clock starts ticking. If you've got a sales team, perhaps run a little secret shopper and send a fake inquiry through and see how long it takes for them to follow that lead up.

But like I said, unless you're following these leads up quickly, all your efforts on Facebook, all your efforts anywhere mean nothing.
